This bamboo carving board has a removeable, spiked ring to hold joints of meat and poultry firmly whilst carving. The spiked ring can be stored underneath the carving board when not required.

This is a large carving board measuring 48cm x 36cm and weighing some 3.5 Kg

The surface of the board is channelled to collect juices for gravy making.

Four non-slip feet.

The carving board is made from bamboo, a natural and hardwearing alternative to wood which is kind to knives.
