Knife Storage

We highly recomend keeping your knives in a knife block or rack; not only will this help protect your knives from the damage they may suffer if they are kept loose in a drawer, but many of our knives are so sharp that it they could present a serious risk of injury if they are left loose.
Storing your knives in a knife block or rack will also lengthen the life of the blade and reduce the frequency that a knife will need to be sharpened.
