Comprising of a super fine, 6000 grit whetstone and sharpening guide rails, this MinoSharp sharpening kit is all you need to keep your knives in peak condition.

The guide rails come in 2 sizes, the smaller one is for knives up to 6" (15cm) long and the larger one is for knives over 6" long, each are lined with plastic to reduce any potential damage to your knife

After sharpening, knives should be washed by hand with mild soap and hot water and then dried thoroughly

The guide rails are designed so that the knife is set at the desired angle, between 10 and 15 as it moves across the whetstone. Full instructions on the box.
