This knife is a joy to use. The blade is very sharp and hard wearing. Although all steel, the hollow handle makes the knife light weight. Each knife comes in a presentation box and I store mine in it for safety. I am left handed and I know this can be an issue with some knives but these are fine. After I purchased this knife I found out Heston Blumenthal has said Tojiro are his favourite. If they're good enough for him then they're good enough for me!
