I bought one of these in Chester (paid £120) some 10 months ago. It was sharpened for the first time last week. These knives are beautifully balanced and retain their edge like no other. A bit pricey but definately worth every penny and I shall be completing my collection from this site. Ipreviusly used Global knives which are very good but nowhere near the quality of Tojiro's.
