The KE3000 electric knife sharpener is designed for a professional working chef or a keen amateur who has a large knife collection to keep sharp.
The motor drives two cushioned wheels which sharpen the right and left edge separately.
The sharpener comes with two pairs of fine abrasive rolls for maximum sharpness. Rolls are also available in medium or coarse grit if your knives are in poor condition and need a bit more work to remove nicks and shoulders.
